Wod 30th April: squats and a mash-up

a straight to the point evening…..

  • 4 x 5 back squats

followed by

  • 20 burpees
  • 15 sit ups
  • 20 kettlebell swings
  • 15 pull ups
  • 10 HSPU

four rounds or ( with a 20 minutes guillotine)

  1. burpees = killer. Gutted about the stamina going – never fun to get the guillotine!! More of these killer work-outs please crossfit trainers ….
