WOD 8 May: CrossFit Total

Looks like CrossFit.com is borrowing our programming again…ho hum.

Anna took charge of her first session today, and what better way to impress the new girl with a good old demonstration of pure strength.

CrossFit Total

  • 1 rep max strict press
  • 1 rep max back squat
  • 1 rep max deadlift

Nothing particularly sophisticated about this one…pick up some heavy.

Good show from all; big lifts were the order of the day. As with our regular benchmark days, we will revisit the ‘Total a couple of times this year to see how folks are progressing.

  2. thanks gents! lifting heavy things is nearly as fun as watching 80s childrens TV shows!

    crossfit total of 67.5 press + 130 squat + 160 deadlift= 357.5 kg / 786.5 lbs

    look forward to more heavy squats in the programming
