Anna took charge of her first session today, and what better way to impress the new girl with a good old demonstration of pure strength.
- 1 rep max strict press
- 1 rep max back squat
- 1 rep max deadlift
Nothing particularly sophisticated about this one…pick up some heavy.
Good show from all; big lifts were the order of the day. As with our regular benchmark days, we will revisit the ‘Total a couple of times this year to see how folks are progressing.
