WOD 22nd November Since Im off on Holiday!

Off on holiday for a week in the sun but no crossfit box for 7 whole days…I asked myself what will I miss the most……….. Thrusters!! Whoop

So decided to give ‘Coe’ a bash

First we warmed the shoulders with some turkish get up’s

Then just cos I will miss my Fran, we did a body weight version – burpees and pull ups.

Then on to Coe!

10 rounds for time of thrusters and ring push ups (scaled to floor push ups or on knees)

  1. 27.24, 40kg bar and ring push ups. Thrusters got easier as I got the bar onto my shoulders, ring push ups were tough all the way through!

  2. I’m loving Sal’s creative photography through the rings. I need to out-do you for my class – maybe I’ll hide inside a red box and snap away.
