Only Change Is Permanent

Here at Crossfit London UK we are constantly looking at ways we can bring you what you want AND what you need.

Some time ago I only ever ran two classes and we were constantly over subscribed so we added a third but alas after some time the third class had its regulars but the middle class suffered with a low turnout. We gave it some thought and have reverted to two classes but upped the capacity.

This means we will keep on with the free choice strength session and if its a packed  class we can make friends and work in groups cheering each other on.

The main WOD though will take on a more gymnastic feel with lots of bodyweight  metcon and in the good weather will get out into our garden across the street.

WOD

5 rounds for time of

10 pull ups, 10 clapping press ups, 10 toes to bar, 10 tuck jumps.

PS. A big bucket of good luck to Andrew and Kate this weekend who are in Welsh Wales, representing!

  3. Nice to hear that Nick, in the two years I’ve been seeing you, you’ve constantly worked hard at improving. Fantastic effort.
