Wednesday Morning fun with me šŸ™‚

Strength:
OH Squats
5-5-5-5

Emphasis on butt back and being patient with the depth, if you think you’re there…it’s always gonna be another inch!

Skill:

Handstands
(Who doesn’t like being upside down at 7am in a morning?!)

Starting with a bit of hollow body positioning so we had no bananas going on in the handstand!

Then onto strict and some kipping! Joe performing some lovely headstands for the class šŸ˜‰

WOD:

15 min AMRAP

15 Box Jumps
12 Push Jerk
9 Knees 2 Elbows

This was based on the 2012 open workout…so I know how nasty it was šŸ™‚
Great scores all round, knees to elbow looking good guys!

  1. I crept in after you’d all gone, and did this. Holy Moly! Pleased to have done so many BJ’s without my usual fearful weeping. K2E’s still elude me tho, must man up before the next Open!Ā 
    3 rounds and 13 BJ’s. Such fun!
