DRILLS & SKILLS

A “Bum back” focused lesson on the kettlebell swing  and kipping practice with an emphasis  on “push away from the bar” made a great start to todays lunchtime session at our Bethnal Green Gym

STRENGTH

Then onto a set of heavy deadlifts ( one set of 5: preceded by some warm up reps)

WOD

Then a cute “WOD with no name”

20 Double unders

10 Burpees

10 F.O.*  heavy Kettlebell swings

Amrap 12 minutes.

 

 

*F.O . stands for something rude I’m afraid.
