Hot Topic of discussion during rest period tonight was- 30 days of Paleo

I have started my 30 days strict, after a long period of naughty-ness over crimbo. I have decided to share with you lovely lot to get a few new ideas and stay focused.

Tonight I was sharing Spatchcock chicken with tomato and basil side salad.
