  • Drunken clown shuffles
  • Drunk clown marching
  • Shoulder touches
  • Handstand push-up progressions
  • Kipping HSPUs

Skills: Power clean

  • Three-position cleans

WOD – AMRAP 10mins

  • 5x Ring dips (or push-ups)
  • 5x Strict pull-ups (or ring rows)
  • 5x Deadlifts 100kg/60kg or 60% max

 

Level 3

Skills: Split snatch (aka PR time!)
