Skill: snatch technique, build up to a WOD weight

Strength: pull ups (level 3), ring rows (level 2)

Power clean 1RM

WOD: 3 rounds for time of

400m weighted run

30 alternating KB snatches

Great effort everybody especially 7.30pm class where nearly everybody got to ring the PB bell!
