Strength:

Front squat 5×5 (focus on high elbows)

Power snatch 5×3 (focus on full extension and landing)

WOD:

EMOM 10mins

5 thrusters (42.5/30kg)

7 box jumps (24”/20″)

max double unders

Tricky WOD with the score being the amount of DUs completed.
