Warm up: barbell fun

Strength: Deadlift 3RM; Split jerk 6×3

Skill: rope climbs

WOD:

5/3 rope climbs (15 towel pull ups) to buy in

then 8min AMRAP of

5 bar facing burpees

5 power cleans (60/40kg)

5 front squats (50/40kg)

5/3 rope climbs (15 towel pull ups) to cash out

  2. You know what I mean Paul Jr. It’s male/female like with the weights and as I was the only female I only did 3 (otherwise my arms would probably fall off).
