Squat snatch – heavy technique

6 rounds for total time:
10 barbell step-ups (20/15kg)
15 push jerks (42.5/30kg)
Rest 1:1 (the time it took to complete the previous round)

Level 2

Sumo deadlift 10RM

Squat snatch 1RM

6 rounds for total time:
10 barbell step-ups (30/20kg)
15 push jerks (52.5/35kg)
Rest 1:1 (the time it took to complete the previous round)

  1. This needs to be done at a weight you can just about do the push jerks unbroken.
