Push up – 10 push ups every minute on the minute, for 10 minutes.

For time:
2-4-6-8-10-12 power snatch (35/25kg)
12-10-8-6-4-2 ring dips

Level 3

Overhead squat 5RM

Push up – 15 push ups every minute on the minute, for 10 minutes.

For time:
2-4-6-8-10-12 power snatch (50/35kg)
12-10-8-6-4-2 ring dips
