  1. Great article on not training enough, thanks Chris. I think I fall right into the “train 3 times a week but still wonder why I am not taking on Froning at the top of the leader board” trap.

    1. @Alex Walters yep agree with this. Been training 3x per week for a while and performance has either dropped or stagnated. Avoiding injury is the key.

      1. Yeah I agree as well, like the idea of perceived exertion which should always be high…. I’ve a tendency to drift through wods, not sure if the online word recording ever really took off but it may be useful in keeping people like myself honest
