Level 3: As above, with added DB snatch, including the hitherto unknown ‘Kat Snatch’ i.e. one armed, one-legged DB snatch…

 

Skill 1: Snatch

Technique work, followed by 10mins to get to a heavy single

 

Skill 2: Sumo deadlift
