The showdown is almost here. And I’m thinking of making some of favourite paleo brownies (as paleo as brownies can be I guess) to bring along to the barbecue, but don’t get your hopes up. The likelihood is I’ll have eaten them by the weekend but fingers crossed.

The competition is this coming Saturday. Competitors need to be there by 1.30pm at the latest with the WODs starting at 2pm. Barbecue straight afterwards so bring food and drinks.
