50 double unders
15 kettlebell snatch (right) (20/12kg)
15 kettlebell snatch (left)
10 burpees
1 minute rest

Level 3

Power snatch + overhead squat + snatch x 5

Pull ups 3RM

3 round for time:
50 double unders
15 kettlebell snatch (right) (24/16kg)
15 kettlebell snatch (left)
10 burpees
1 minute rest
