Toes-to-bar (kipping) – technique

As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
10 deadlifts (60%)
6 double kettlebell push press (2 x 20/12kg)

Level 3

One + quarter front squat 6-6-6-6

Toes-to-bar (kipping) 3 x max effort

As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
10 deadlifts (60%)
6 double kettlebell push press (2 x 24/16kg)

Coach Kat has handed over the Sunday baton to Armando who takes over Sleven Sundays as of next week.
