Level 2

Romanian deadlift 5-5-5-5-5

Handstand – technique + 3 x 30s

With a 15 minute running clock complete as many rounds as possible:
10 goblet squats (20/12kg)
10 jumping lunges (alternating)
10 v-ups
rest the amount of time it took you to complete the round
*10 burpee penalty if you fail to start the next round within 5 seconds

Level 3

Romanian deadlift 8-8-8

Handstand – freestanding technique

With a 15 minute running clock complete as many rounds as possible:
10 goblet squats (24/16kg)
10 jumping lunges (alternating)
10 v-ups
rest the amount of time it took you to complete the round
*10 burpee penalty if you fail to start the next round within 5 seconds
