Press 10RM

Double unders – technique

6 rounds of for max reps of:
30 seconds kettlebell swings (24/16kg)
rest 30 seconds
30 seconds burpees
rest 30 seconds

Level 3

Press (dynamic effort) 2 x 3 (40%), 2 x 2 (50%), 2 x 2 (60%)

Double unders – 15 every 30 seconds for 3 minutes (if you miss all the reps miss out the next 30 second round).

6 rounds of for max reps of:
30 seconds kettlebell swings (32/24kg)
rest 30 seconds
30 seconds burpees
rest 30 seconds
