Push up – technique

Weighted plank hold – 3 x 30s (1 minute rest)

3 rounds for time:
400m run
20 double kettlebell front squats (2 x 16/12kg)
20 mountain climbers

Level 3

Squat snatch 2-2-2-2-2-2-2

Weighted push up – 5RM

3 rounds for time:
400m run
20 double kettlebell front squats (2 x 24/16kg)
20 mountain climbers
