Deadlift 5-5-5-3-3-3

3 rounds not for time but with an 8 minute cap:
10 hanging leg/knee raises
20 hollow body rocks
30 sit ups

4 rounds for reps, 45 seconds on/15 seconds rest:
Box jumps (or step ups)
Handstand push ups (or strict dumbbell shoulder press)
Strict pull ups

Level 3

Snatch grip deadlift 3-3-3-3-3

Ring L-sits – 7 x 10 second hold (can substitute with regular L-sits on parallettes)

4 rounds for reps, 45 seconds on/15 seconds rest:
Box jumps (or step ups)
Handstand push ups (or strict dumbbell shoulder press)
Strict pull ups
