Split Jerk 2-2-2-2-2-2-2

Muscle ups – technique drills

4 rounds for time:
15 thrusters (35/25kg)
15 box jump over
15 pull ups

Level 3

Split Jerk 3-3-2-2-2 (80%)

Weighted muscle ups x 2 (rest 1 minute and repeat until you cannot complete the 2 reps)

4 rounds for time:
15 thrusters (35/25kg)
15 box jump over
15 pull ups
