Level 2

Front squat 5-5-5

Wall-facing handstand holds 3 x 30 sec +

As many rounds as possible in 12 minutes:
2 deadlifts (75% of 1RM up to a maximum of 100/70kg)
10 knees-to-elbow
200m run

Level 3

Front squat – heavy 3

Wall-facing handstand holds 3 x 60 sec +

As many rounds as possible in 12 minutes:
2 deadlifts (75% of 1RM up to a maximum of 140/100kg)
10 knees-to-elbow
200m run
