Level 2

2 front squats + 1 jerk – 15 minutes to find a heavy complex weight

False grip holds 3 x 30 sec +

Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes:
10 hang power snatches (30/20kg)
As many 10m sprints as possible

*score is total number of complete sprints

Level 3

Clean pulls from block + clean 5 x (2+1) (70-80%) (15 min cap)

False grip pull ups 3 x 5-10

Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes:
10 hang power snatches (35/25kg)
As many 10m sprints as possible

*score is total number of complete sprints

Rest 7 minutes

Prowler sprints 25m x 6 with 60 sec rest (60/40kg)
