Level 2

Back squat 5-5-5 (add 2.5kg to previous)

“Jack” as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes:
10 push press (52.5/35kg)
10 kettlebell swings (24/16kg)
10 box jumps (24/20″)

Level 3

Back squat – work up to a heavy 5, then a heavy 3, then a heavy single. Drop to 85% and try and get 10 total reps in as few sets as possible.

Snatch 2-2 (80%) 2-2-2 (85%)
Muscle snatch 3-3-3
