Level 2

In partners complete the following:

Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes:
Partner A performs 3 front squats (50/35kg) proceeded by Partner B doing as many burpees as possible
*after 5 minutes partners swap roles, score is total burpees

Rest 5 minutes

20 minutes to complete:
400m partner run cash then with one partner working at a time as many rounds as possible of
10 box jump overs
5 push ups
10 front rack alternating lunges (35/20kg)

Rest 3 minutes

As many reps as possible in 4 minutes:
Toes-to-bar
*partition between partners as desired

Level 3

In partners complete the following:

Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes:
Partner A performs 3 front squats (70/50kg) proceeded by Partner B doing as many burpees as possible
*after 5 minutes partners swap roles, score is total burpees

Rest 5 minutes

20 minutes to complete:
400m partner run cash then with one partner working at a time as many rounds as possible of
10 box jump overs
5 push ups
10 front rack alternating lunges (42.5/30kg)

Rest 3 minutes

As many reps as possible in 4 minutes:
Toes-to-bar
*partition between partners as desired
