Overhead squat – 10 minutes to find a heavy double (no fails)

Kipping pull up – practise

Complete for time:
10 pistols
20 push ups
30 knees-to-elbows
40 kettlebell swings (24/16kg)
30 knees-to-elbows
20 push ups
10 pistols

Level 3

A1. Overhead squat – 10 minutes to find a heavy double
A2. L pull ups 3 x 10 (if you fail before 10 then the set is over)

B. Power clean – 10 minutes to find a heavy single

Complete for time:
10 pistols
20 push ups
30 knees-to-elbows
40 kettlebell swings (32/24kg)
30 knees-to-elbows
20 push ups
10 pistols
