Overhead press – 10 minutes to find a heavy 10

Pistols – technique/3 x 10 per leg

7 rounds for max reps (21 minutes):
20 sec kettlebell swing (24/16kg)
Rest 40 sec
20 sec toes-to-bar
Rest 40 sec
20 sec ring dip
Rest 40 sec

Level 3

Overhead press – 10 minutes to find a heavy 10

Pistols – every 30 seconds on the 30 seconds for 5 minutes perform 6 pistols

7 rounds for max reps (21 minutes):
20 sec kettlebell swing (32/24kg)
Rest 40 sec
20 sec toes-to-bar
Rest 40 sec
20 sec ring dip
Rest 40 sec
