Clean deadlift + hang clean pull + clean + jerk – 15 minutes to find a heavy weight for the complex

Wall balls – every 30 seconds on the 30 seconds for 5 minutes perform 10 wall balls

Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes:
10 shoulder to overhead (30/20kg)
As many pistols (or walking lunges) as possible in the remainder of the time
Score: total pistols or walking lunges

Level 3

Wall balls – every 30 seconds on the 30 seconds for 5 minutes perform 15 wall balls

Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes:
10 shoulder to overhead (42.5/30kg)
As many pistols as possible in the remainder of the time
Score: total pistols
