Overhead squat – 10 minutes to work up to a heavy 5

Handstand holds – 7 mins to practise

In 12 minutes get as far as you can up the ladder:
2 front squats (35/25kg)
2 over-the-box
4 front squats
4 over-the-box
6 front squats
6 over-the-box
8 front squats
8 over-the-box
etc.

Level 3

2 front squats (50/35kg)
2 over-the-box
4 front squats
4 over-the-box
6 front squats
6 over-the-box
8 front squats
8 over-the-box
etc.
