Power snatch + hang snatch + snatch balance – 15 minutes to find a heavy weight for the complex

Skin the cats 4 x 3

Every minute on the minute for 12 minutes:
Even – 10 weighted step ups (2 x 10/5kg) + 5 push ups on dumbbells
Odd – 10 dumbbell front squat + 5 push ups on dumbbells

Level 3
