Pistols – technique/3 x 10

Complete for time (30 min cap):
50 air squats
40 sit ups
30 push ups
20 pull ups
1.6KM run
50 air squats
40 sit ups
30 push ups
20 pull ups

Level 3

Overhead squat – 12 minutes to work up to a heavy 5

Pistols – every 30 seconds on the 30 seconds for 5 minutes perform 4-8 pistols

Complete for time (30 min cap):
50 air squats
40 sit ups
30 push ups
20 pull ups
1.6KM run
50 air squats
40 sit ups
30 push ups
20 pull ups
