“Isabel” 30 reps for time:
Snatch (60/42.5kg*)

*Aim for no more than 85% of earlier double

Level 3

Snatch – 15 minutes to work up to a comfortable double focusing on technique

Toes-to-bar – every 30 seconds on the 30 seconds for 5 minutes perform 10 toes-to-bar
