Continuing the handstand. Yesterday you revisited the dish shape.

Today flip over and take up the handstand Plank. Bum squeezing hard, ankles squeezing , but toes turned over ( this can be quite a challenge).  Don’t let the back hang in an arch

Task : practice the Handstand plank (pictured above)

Before we discussed weighing and measuring.

Task: ensure you are weighing yourself at least once a day. Try and connect what you ate yesterday and did yesterday with you current weight.
