Whether you have an ass or a skinny, boney, ugly butt, or a fat flabby one, (’cause you don’t lift), this week is about making you treat your ass with some respect.
TASK number 1 in “be Nice to your Ass week” is to put your pedometer on at work and try and get 10,000 steps in at work. Every time you are on your feet you are not sitting down and squashing the most powerful muscle in your body. Get up and move your booty!
