Lent Challenge: day 29. (18th March) Love your bum

So, we are still talking about your angry, abused bum. The strongest, most powerful muscle you have and all you do is use it as a comfy cushion.

Yesterday we did the 1st of 2 anti spasm drills. In fact a M.E.T ( Muscle Energy Technique).

Todays task: look at this video and do the 1st bit. ie  just the Leg press ( ignore the slump test)

Remember, 20% of your energy for 20 seconds!
