This is weight loss week ( unless you need to make gainz and need to put weight on)

Task: get on your scales and weigh yourself ( decide a specific time: after a pooh? When you get up and after your 1st wee? Whatever) you’ll be weighing again in 7 days time so you want a similar time

Take a photo  of the scale reading!
