Task 1) 5 minutes of burpees:

TASK 2 ) Using the methods you have tried over the  last week, try  your favourite tactic to loose weight (no sugar, natural, Atlkins, fasting) BTW, you have a  fast till 4pm tomorrow, so you may want to not do that 2 days in a row. Some may love it)
