30 partner wall balls (9/6kg)
10 deadlifts (80/55kg) (partner A) and 20 double-unders (partner B)
40 partner wall balls
10 deadlifts (80/55kg) (partner B) and 20 double-unders (partner A)
50 partner wall balls (9/6kg)
10 deadlifts (80/55kg) (partner A) and 20 double-unders (partner B)
40 partner wall balls
10 deadlifts (80/55kg) (partner B) and 20 double-unders (partner A)
