Pull ups – depending on level choose from:
1. Complex of 5 sets of 3 strict pull ups + 3 kipping pull ups + 3 chest-to-bar pull ups
2. 5 sets of 5 perfect kipping pull ups
3. Kipping technique

Complete for time:
21 front squat (60/42.5kg)
21 dumbbell push press (2 x 20/15kg)
400m run
15 front squat
15 dumbbell push press
400m run
15 front squat
15 dumbbell push press
400m run
