IMG_3417Rachel’s on duty this Friday for partner WODs. Get along, get competitive then get social.

WOD 1

As many rounds as possible in 6 minutes. In pairs with only one partner working at a time complete a full round of:
4 power clean (70/50kg)
3 front squat
2 jerks

WOD 2

In pairs with only one partner working at at time, partition as desired and complete:
50 burpees
200m farmer’s walk (2 x 32/24kg)
50 goblet squats (32/24kg)
200m farmer’s walk
50 box jumps
200m farmer’s walk
The WOD finishes with both athletes stood on top of their box.
