Handstand push up technique

As many reps as possible in 5 minutes:
Max effort strict handstand push ups

Rest 3 mins

As many reps as possible in 10 minutes:
1 front squat (60/40kg)
1 American kettlebell swing (24/16kg)
2 front squat
2 American kettlebell swing
3 front squat
3 American kettlebell swing
Continue up the ladder adding a rep each round
