Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes, complete:
1 hang squat snatch + 1 squat snatch

Rest 3 minutes

Every 30 seconds for five minutes, complete:
1 squat snatch

Fitness

Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes, complete:
2 hang power snatch + 2 power snatch

Rest 3 minutes

Every 30 seconds for five minutes, complete:
3 power snatch
