6 hang power snatch (52.5/35kg)
4 overhead lunge

As many rounds as possible in 12 minutes:
8 wall balls (9/6kg)
6 hang power snatch (42.5/30kg)
4 overhead lunge

Fitness

As many rounds as possible in 12 minutes:
8 wall balls
6 hang power snatch
4 overhead plage lunge
