Beyond RXD

Compete 3 rounds for max reps:
1st Min: 60 double-under
2nd Min: 10 over the box jump (24″)
3rd Min: 15 bent over barbell row (42.5/30kg)
4th Min: 20 deadlifts

RXD

Compete 3 rounds for max reps:
1st Min: 50 double-under
2nd Min: 10 over the box jump (20″)
3rd Min: 15 bent over barbell row (30/20kg)
4th Min: 20 deadlifts

Fitness

Compete 3 rounds for max reps:
1st Min: 50 fast plate jumps
2nd Min: 10 step over the box jump
3rd Min: 10 bent over dumbbell row
4th Min: 20 deadlifts
