Complete 3 rounds in total of as many rounds as possible in 5 minutes:
10 dumbbell (25/17.5kg) step-ups (30/24″)
10 dumbbell deadlifts
10 toes-to-bar
Rest 1 minute

RXD

Complete 3 rounds in total of as many rounds as possible in 5 minutes:
8 dumbbell (20/12.5kg) step-ups (24/20″)
8 dumbbell deadlifts
8 toes-to-bar
Rest 1 minute

Fitness

Complete 3 rounds in total of as many rounds as possible in 5 minutes:
8 dumbbell step-ups
8 dumbbell deadlifts
8 lying toes-to-bar
Rest 1 minute
