20 synchronised bar muscle-ups
30/20 calorie row (each)
400m run (each)
60 power cleans (60/42.5kg)

15 synchronised bar muscle-ups
30/20 calorie row (each)
400m run (each)
60 power cleans (52.5/35kg)

Fitness

50 barbell presses
20 jumping muscle ups
20/15 calorie row (each)
400m run (each)
50 power cleans
