Beyond RXD

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes:
400m run
6 rounds ‘Cindy’
400m run
3 rounds ‘Mary’

*one round of Cindy = 5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 15 air squats
*one round of Mary = 5 handstand push ups, 10 pistols, 15 pull ups

RXD

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes:
400m run
4 rounds ‘Cindy’
400m run
2 rounds ‘Mary’

*one round of Cindy = 5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 15 air squats
*one round of Mary = 5 handstand push ups, 10 pistols, 15 pull ups

Fitness

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes:

400m run

3 rounds:
4 ring rows
8 push ups
12 air squats

400m Run

3 rounds:
4 box around the worlds
8 lunges
12 ring rows
