In partners, as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes:
While one person pushes the prowler for 100m, the other person accumulates:
Deadlifts (93/60kg)
Switch

As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes, while one person runs 400m, the other person accumulates:
Power cleans (93/60kg)
Switch

As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes, while one person rows 500m, the other person accumulates:
Pull ups
Switch
